In your opinion, what attactions must you see in St.Lucia? How long of a taxi ride is it from the cruise dock to the pitons and how much does it cost? How long of Taxi ride is it from the cruise dock to the Drive-In volcano? Do you recommend shopping at Castries Market? :D

I enjoyed seeing the Pitons more than visiting the volcano. If I had to pick one, I would choose the Pitons.

Not sure how long the taxi ride is to either place. The roads are very twisting and travel takes longer.

We booked a tour with Cosol and saw many island highlights, including the Pitons and volcano. The tour lasted about 5 hours and the cost was $45PP.

It is a beautiful island. Enjoy!

There is a lot to see in St. Lucia, and I agree with celticd1 that an island tour is the way to go. I loved seeing the Pitons, but there are a lot of other attractions other than the volcano. Cosol took us to a beautiful botanic garden that had a breathtaking waterfall. There are also tons of scenic coastline views that I personally could sit and look at all day long. The St. Lucian people are very interesting, and I enjoyed talking with them at the craft market near the pier. I've been to St. Lucia twice and I'd love to go again.
