What happens if I book now and sail in Sept for OBC?

I am thinking of looking into a cruise to Alaska for next year. If I book now and buy the next cruise option on the Mariner in Sept, would I still be able to keep my price and get my OBC?

Only by cancelling an rebooking,hopefully the price would be the same, but if its gone up over the OBC amount, not worth it
