CCL/NCL leaving Baltimore

I heard on the local DC news tonight that CCL and NCL will not be sailing out of Baltimore next year despite high bookings.
RCCL plans to offer more sailings, though. That might be an incentive for me to try a new line. I was hoping to book a Carnival cruise next year and be able to drive to the port.
