Fishing in Hawaii

Has anyone ever gone out fishing in Hawaii? If so who did you book with? I am in the early stages of planning our trip to Hawaii and fishing is a big part of our vacations. Any info would be appreciated, from what I have read on the boards not to many people fish when they go to Hawaii.

When we were on Oahu, my BIL and family chartered a boat for fishing. They had a great day and caught 3 large (120-130lb) tuna. Here's the website for the company they used:
