Best spa treatments and when to get them?

Recommended Posts

I am going on a 7 night eastern DCL cruise in September and I want to book some spa treatments. I have some Disney Dream Dollars from my Visa I have been saving for a few years. I have never been to a spa before, so I thought this would be fabulous! Any favorite spa treatments or ones you would recommend? I have my eye on a few (Elemis Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap with Half Body Massage, Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy, Well Being Massage, Well Being Half Body Massage or the Castaway Cay Cabana Massage), but I am open to suggestions. I plan on getting at least two treatments. Also, what are the best days and times to get them?

The only one I've tried was the couple's massage on board. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the services. If I had the money and no kids to worry about, I'd do the cabana massage on CC or the stone massage. I recommend making your time for the day at sea followed by brunch at Palo's. We did that and it was total relaxation.
