JettaGirl Posted June 6, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2007 Hello everyone! I have been reading posts throughout this forum and have found so much inspiration. I recently went to the doctor and got my weight..... 148 lbs! WHOA! Now i am a 5'3", 23 year old. I have NOT been overweight my entire life so this is a shock to me. I guess I put on my "freshman 50 :)" My cruise is on August 12 so my goal is to lose about 15 lbs and get more tone in parts of my body. I hired a personal trainer and I signed up for a boot camp 3 days a week. Any advice for all of you experts?!?! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
