fly over blue hole, snorkel elsewhere

Can anyone direct me to a shore excursion/tour that would fly us over the blue hole and then let us snorkel somewhere else? IS there any chance that doing this we could possibly miss getting back to our ship? (I was planning on travelling with birth certificates, but not passports since we're going in December and I want to wait another couple years till we travel internationally again)

 

Has anyone done a trip like this??? I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere...
