They seem to have some good tours, transfers and a reasonable prices for Rome. Anybody use them before?

There was a thread about a mont ago re same subject...so if you do a serch using Viator I am sure you will find some info as there were a few replies from some that had used them although I am not sure if it was in Rome or not.they are a huge outfit and do tours all over the world.

I used them last october. getting the voucher at the airport took over an hour, then you have to wait for the van to fill. you'll likely wait while the shuttle drops off passenger at several hotels, unless you're lucky enough to be the 1st stop. i landed at fco at 7:30 and made it to the hotel at 11:00.

 

the absolute worst part though was when i turned my back to get the 1st of 3 bags off the sidewalk, the driver left with 2 of my bags still in the van. i finally received them around 5:00 PM.

 

never again!
