Victoria transportation

What kind of transportation is available from the dock to the Empress hotel area for wheelchair users? We will be on Celebrity's Summit in September.

Not a full answer, but for what it's worth, you can st/roll from the dock to the downtown Harbor area in about 20-30 minutes, through pleasant neighborhoods. Wouldn't enjoy it in rain or cold though, probably.

There are always cabs waiting at the facility (customs and immigration) at the end of the pier. Just make sure you get a cab with a large enough trunk to take your folding wheelchair:)
