Tropical Depression #5

Listening to the weather channel, tropical depression #5 is headed towards Barbados, St Lucia, and St Vincent. Storm warnings have been posted.

Right now the path looks similar to the one that Bonnie and Charley took.

Yup-and it could cause major problems for this weeks sailing and maybe next's weeks...Here's to hoping it stays way out to sea...

I truely hope that you do have a good cruise no matter what ports you may have on your schedule.

Thanks KK...it's really the flying down to FLL that I am worried about. Hopefully the flight won't be cancelled for any reason and things will be fine. Besides, who else would be onboard to send daily updates right? ;) :)

I'm thinking again about poor Ziggy! Here she was on her very first cruise with Charley running around on the Western part of her cruise. Then she goes into her Eastern portion only to be hit with what may become Earl (Trop Dep #5) or even possible Danielle!!! I don't think you can get more bad luck than that. I'll be really interested to hear what people say when they return from these cruises!

She will definitely have some stories to tell I am sure. :) Have to wonder if she will ever cruise again after these two...maybe she'll stick to non-hurricane season instead. ;)
