car rental port of miami

We are spending a few days in FLA. before our Carnival cruise and will have a car rental. I know there is no car rental company at the port of Miami but has anyone found a company close to the pier that provides a drop off service?

We will be staying at the Hyatt Miami in September and I know that they have an Enterprise Rental Car place at the hotel.

In March, we rented a car from Budget at Orlando and then dropped it off at the Miami airport even though we were staying downtown at the Holiday Inn. There was a cab at the dropoff and it was $25 downtown. With all the construction in Miami, we didn't want to drive downtown. There is also a lot of construction at the airport and it was very confusing to find the Budget dropoff. It took us over 20 minutes of driving around in circles.

There is an Enterprise in the Hyatt Hotel, an Avis and a Hertz a block away from the Holiday Inn. Not sure which one offers shuittle service, but I guess you can call to find out.
