Hotel Emperador, Buenos Aires---anyone stayed here?

One of the four hotels listed by Discovery World Cruises as the ones they use for their pre and post cruise hotels is the Emperador in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. [The other 3 are the Sheraton, the Melia, and the Sofitel.] I will be in BA 2 nights precruise before flying to El Carafate and then Ushuaia, and 1 night post cruise. Anyone on the boards have experience with the Emperador? The website looks quite nice. Comments about the other 3 hotels are also welcome.

Hi, I live in Buenos Aires and would recomend Emperador and Sofitel over Sheraton Hotel. They are newer and their location is better. Went to see them all when planning our wedding last year. Have a great time in Bs As!
