The Wild Thing is a big power boat in St.Thomas That takes you on a real

cool fun ride to Megans Bay at least it did in 99.

I believe there is a similar excursion now called Screamin' Eagle. Not knowing for sure what Wild Thing was I may be wrong, but it sounds like the same thing.

We took this excursion in 2001 and seriously enjoyed it. The crew was super nice. We'd "do the wild thing" again if given the opportunity :)

I think the young family traveler's site is outdated. Prowling through links, they were showing 2002 cruise schedules! The Wild Thing is not shown on the Carnival list of shore excursions, but that might be because they are working with a different provider. I guess the best bet is to call the phone number on the second link.
