Long Island Transportation

We are booked on the Dawn for 12/9/04,and are looking for suggestions on how to get to the dock. The parking looks like its $24 per day so we are thinking about a t/c or limo. Any suggestions???

Awe Rich, you are taking NCL instead of RCCL! No nice LIE pickup? Well I am doing the same next month. Will be interesting since I have only been on RCCL in the last few years.

Depending on luggage, the LIRR is always an option.

 

A bit longer than a limo, but much less expensive. Stretches run about $200 from that part of the island each way.

We are doing RCCL in April on th Jewel. Since its from Ft, Lauderdale I guess the bus is not an option...:D

 

I dont think the LIRR is an option,you havent seen our (my wifes) luggage :D but I havent priced the TC's yet.

 

Any Ideas why NCL dosen't offer bus service from LI ??

Rich I have a driver that will drive you there in a suburban for about 120 each way .. We use him every year.. If you are interested email me at ChrisConnolly@aol.com and I will give you his phone number.. He is not licensed TLC and uses his own vehicle so he is inexpensive.
