I believe the formal nights on a 7-night cruise are the second and the next to last night (6th night). Lobster is normally the last formal night, therefore, the 6th night.

We cruise FOS the end of May. We sailed on Sunday, formal night was Monday and Wednesday. Lobster night was Friday.
