I have tried multiple time to sign in under my reservation. The reservation is there, but when I choose it and click go. It says System Error. Reservation not valid for this catagory. Has this happened with anyone else?

I was getting that message a couple of days ago. I haven't tried yet today. They really have some issues. :confused:

CRAZY....I've tried it atleast 70-80 times in the last month or so.

Hopefully within the next few months the new IT Vice President will correct the bugs the old IT Vice President failed to resolve over a year. New website, bugs around a year later.

This afternoon I can't get a simple cruise search to work, much less log in. :(

I had to reregistar my ID yesterday to get everything to work. It said my ID was not valid.

Wow, Ive tried doing so many things on there web site and having problems. I have cruised so many times, first on NCL and am so scared that I have made the wrong choice. Started with the reservations and now cant do anything on line. Just tried to do some excursions and it will not even let me do that.... I love every cruise and to me no cruise is a bad cruise, but I have to say Im beginning to think that this is a message. " Dont go, book with another line."
