latitudes membership

My boyfriend and I,along with 4 other friends have booked for the Gem on January 08. I have completed the registration form on the NCL website but was unable to enter my latitudes membership number. Can anyone tell me if I can do this online or do I need to contact NCL.

The Latitudes number auto fills on the registration form (and can't be changed). The correct number should have been entered at booking. If however it was not (which seems the case) you would contact who you booked through (either NCL directly or a travel agent). They should be able to fix it for you and the correct information will then show on the registration form.

The same thing happened to me and I kinda worried about it.. but when we got to the ship, it was printed on our card. No problem. Nancy

The question begs to be asked...Will the Gem be your first NCL cruise? If it is, then you will not get a Latitudes number until you complete this first cruise.

 

Otherwise, if you do have a number as I think you do say, did you make reservations with that number, either through NCL directly or through a travel agent? If not, then NCL might not have it on your reservation.
