I am going on a cruise soon and I was wondering, what are the best beaches in Bermuda to snorkel at. My family and I love to snorkel so we would like to know the best locations. I've heard the Tobacco Bay Beach and Achilles Bay Beach are pretty good, but crowded. If someone could help me with my question, that would be great.
