FLL Hampton Inn Airport North...free shuttle to nearby restaurants?

I'll be staying at the FLL Hampton Inn Airport North before my cruise. The hotel offers free shuttle service to nearby restaurants and I've read it recommends a restaurant called the Rendezvous which has gotten mixed reviews. Just wondering what other restaurants are available via their shuttle. Anyone have any experience with this and can offer some good recommendations? Am hoping for Outback or similar reliable mid-priced chain.

When are you staying there? I will be staying there the night before Liberty sails on 7/29. I will post any info I learn here when I return.

I'll be there exactly a week later, staying the night before the Caribbean Princess sailing on 8/5.
