Pride-Mexico in Aug-Activities at ports

We reserved horseback riding in Mazetlan, but I need advice on what to do in Port in Puerto Vallarta and Cabo that is not an excursion (or is very inexpensive). We have 5 of us and could only afford the one we booked. Any suggestions?? We have kids 13, 18, and 21. We don't dive, but do snorkle...

OK I do not rememmber the exact cost but it was inexpensive---we took a taxi to mismeloya beach, once there we hired a small boat to take us out to los arcos were we snorkled. It would have been a great day but the great white warrior(me) got sea sick on the little boat!!
