Princess Cay - Cabana or Transparent Hull Kayak

We've never been to one of these private islands, so aren't too sure what to expect. We're read that the current can be on the strong side, so as we're not strong swimmers we thought that a transparent hull kayak might give us an opportunity to see some of the fish and coral - what do you think. Also, we're toying with the idea of hiring a cabana, but are they worth it (I know it's only $25), but are there plenty of sun loungers available anyway. We have two separate days on Princess Cays - are there any nice walks we could do rather than just be on the beach. Decisions, decisions!
