Dollar Rent A Car in Maui

Does Dollar have a shuttle to the airport and back from the pier?

Hi cal101. We are going to Hawaii Sept 29th. We are renting a Jeep from Dollar in Maui. I called them and asked the same question. At least in Maui they do have a shuttle. They told me to confirm how late they will be running when we pick up the Jeep. Hope that helps. I called the rental place directly in Maui.

We used Dollar for all our rentals in Hawaii last month and every port where we needed a car--Kauai, Maui, and Hilo--they had a shuttle running back and forth.

 

We did disembark a little late our first night in Maui (slept in) so we had to call and have the shuttle come pick us up as it had stopped running regularly...so make sure you take the LOCAL office telephone number with you.

 

All the numbers I had were national and even THEY couldn't find the Maui office number. Fortunately for us, one of the security guards at the port had it, but had he not...we would have had to taxi over to the airport.
