Can You Recommend an Island Tour?

Can someone recommend a great island tour that includes sightseeing, shopping and the beach? The ones that the cruise line offers seem way overpriced. When my wife and I went to St. Thomas we took a wondeful tour with Sunny Liston for $25.00 pp. Wanted to know if there is something similar. We both never have been to the island before. Thanks!

Hav only been oncer however don't go with birds of paridise. The van had on air we drove around the island and made two stops.

 

It was not the owner we went with but his driver hardly said a word the whole trip.
