Roll Calls - Join In

My husband and I will be taking our first cruise in a couple of months. When I began the process of booking the cruise, I was a bit overwhelmed w/the choices. Thanks to this website, I learned so much that I now feel very assured that I was able to make the right choices for us. One of the most valuable tools of this site, in my opinion, is the Roll Call.

 

The Roll Call board is a terrific place to meet the passengers who will be sailing w/you. Just go to the "Roll Call" board for your cruise line on the main Board page. Then look for your ship/date of sailing and you can connect. If your cruise is not listed, then start a roll call for it. One of the passengers on our Roll Call is going to plan a Meet 'n Greet aboard our ship which is apparently a bit of a tradition w/Cruise Critic passengers. Apparently, the cruise lines value this website and are very accomodating.

Couldn't agree more! We were experienced cruisers by the time I found this site, but I have learned so much here! I've met some great people on the Roll Calls. In fact, our next cruise will be with some friends we made on one of our Roll Calls last year!

 

After the Meet and Greet, I love running into people I "know" on board and chatting and comparing our days.
