Royal Clipper: Do They Really Sail?

Greetings,

My wife and I are considering a vacation on the Royal Clipper. We are looking at the Caribbean. One of the "attractions" of this ship is the amount of sail that the ship has. It would be great to cruise without hearing any motor noise.

With that said, how much actual sailing does the Captain of the Royal Clipper do? I would hate to pay for the experience of sailing and all they do is motor around the islands.

We've been on the Royal Clipper twice. Sailed a lot in the Carribean but not so much in the Med. The Captains seem to prefer to sail when they can and the iteneraries are set so that they are usually not in a rush to get to the next port so they have the time if the wind cooperates.
