Private Tour that doesn't include beach

I m looking for a private tour (we arrive in Georgetown) that doesn't include beaches, snorkling, etc. I want a tour that shows us the countryside and Grand Cayman or the Cayman Islands. Does anyone know of a tour such as this?

It has been a couple of years since we went, but you can easliy get a tour right off the ship at the dock. We took a city tour, Turtle Farm, Hell, Seven Mile Beach stop for a very reasonable price(much cheaper than a similar excursion from the cruise ship). Tour guides have pictures, posters, and lists of trips that they offer. We went in a van(six of us and two others). You won't have any problem.

I did find someone who does private tours in Jamaica whose son used to do tours in the Cayman Islands. He now works with her. She is going to have him e-mail me names of reputable tour guides. If I find anything out, I will let you know.
