Does anyone have any information about Residential Ocean Liners Inc?

Someone went through a lot of trouble to prepare the content for their site. It would have you believe that deposits are being taken for on board residences that will be ready sometime in '09.

 

Its obviously a pie in the sky deal but if you Google the company name you get nothing other than their site. No complaints, no articles, no nothing.

 

I was wondering if anyone could fill in the blanks.

Magellan Residential Cruise and Residensea are two residential cruise lines.

The site looks pretty basic to me. I would say it's probably bogus. No company would name seven ships without even having one ship being built. Also, I don't think there would be a market for that many ships. The World of Residensea had empty suites for the longest time, and still is not completely full. I have a relative who worked there for three years and have spent time onboard myself.
