Voyage Number?

I am sailing on the Spirit on the 29th - one week from today :D .

 

We have to bring a Parental Consent/Release Form with us for a child we are bringing that is not ours. The form asks for our Voyage Number. I can't find that on any of my paperwork...Could it be our reservation number? I don't think it is.

 

Anyone know how I can find this out without calling NCL?

Cant help you with the voyage number, but this is the form I used last month on the Dawn when I took my niece and NCL had no problem taking it.

Make TWO copies of whatever form your bringing, because they take one at check in and if the child needs medical attention you will need another copy.
