I've only sailed on the Ecstasy in September and that was only as far south as

Ensenada. It was too cool then to lie out by the pool. There was also a lot of wind on deck.

Hopefully, once you get south of Cabo, the weather will be great for you.

Thanks Kathy. That is what I was afraid of. Just hoping that since we leave at 4 pm. buy the time we get up on Monday morning we will be far enough south that it will be warm. I remember going in january and it was very cool and windy both sea days down to Puerto Vallarta

Oh yes, packed and unpacked many times. And everytime someone adds a "must have" that goes in too. We cruised last October and the amount of luggage was silly and I told myself not this time. Yeah right!! Will tell you all about it when we get back.

Cjar855,

Don't sweat the small stuff and worry about whether you will have sun on the at sea days. The cruise will be glorious regardless. And you are talking to someone who prefers to spend lots of time in the sun. I you get sun on the at sea days, that's a plus. But, even if it is overcast, you will be on a cruise! :D
