Barcelona day tours

Recommended Posts

Hi there, all Barcelona experts!

We've been to Barcelona before, but stayed there for over a week and saw everything on our own. Now we will be visiting Barcelona for only 1 (short) day (on Carnival Freedom), and our party will include someone with limited mobility, so would like to engage a private tour company for a half-day tour (Gaudi highlights, etc.). Any recommendations for a tour company would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I seem to recall that Las Rambla restaurants are mostly tourist traps, but would really appreciate a recommendation for a good and reasonableicon6.gif tapas bar in that area. Thanks a million in advance for your replies and recommendations!

I will second that. Jose is a delight and we thoroughly enjoyed touring with him. We went on a walking tour with him, toured one of Gaudi's buildings, and had a wonderful tapas dinner also. We did not like Barcelona at all until we spent some time with him. Enjoy!
