T-Mobile

My Mom's T-Mobile worked here in Anchorage though it came through Cellular One (a local company owned by a company in Oklahoma, though about 3 weeks ago, it was in the paper that AT&T is buying Cellular One, so we'll have AT&T back in Alaska (we lost it when AT&T & Cellular One traded some cell sites in Alaska and Southern California a few years ago).

And I've had Cellular One work on the Kenai Peninsula.

Susan in Anchorage :)

Has anyone used T-Mobile in Anchorage, Seward or the other stops along the way to Vancover? Hoping we can have service there.

I use T Mobile from MN and had great coverage in Anchorage and Seward, but lost the signal north of Wasilla. I believe I had a signal in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan last summer but now I am not 100% sure about Skagway and Ketchikan but I am almost positive. You can check T-Mobile's coverage map at http://www.t-mobile.com. It is very accurate.
