What is the best beach with lounge chairs and a beach restaurant?

What is the best beach that has lounge chairs etc. and a beach restaurant? We are just looking to relax and swim, have some drinks and lunch. Not into water sports etc.

I don't know if it's the "best", but Sea Grape Beach has lounge chairs ($10 for the day) and an open air restaurant. They have a nice swimming area and pretty beach convenient to the port (short cab ride).
