This is our first sailing with Oceania. I have read many posts that have referred to 'booking reservations' for dinner.

1. How is this done? manually, telephone, printed list.

2. When should this be done? immediately after boarding, a few hours prior...

3. Should you book for entire trip in one go or day by day?

4. We are on a concierge deck - is this a factor?

1-2)For the specialty dining rooms you can book when you board or wait and book later at the desk in the Terrace or if you have a butler he can book for you

3-4)you can book for the entire trip if you know what nights you would like to dine there ...you are allowed 2 per restaurant but could ask for more if space is available on a day to day basis

 

The GDR & Terrace (Tapas at night) you just show up and you will be seated
