Is kids area and kids pool open on One-Day Party cruise on the Spirit?

Does anyone know if the kids area and kids pool is open on the one day party cruises our of New York? I'm going on the Sep 1 cruise on the Spirit. When I went on the 1-day cruise on the Dawn a few months ago it was closed when we went.

I asked the kids crew on the Dawn last week if they would be open on the 1 nighter in Sept they said yes they were also opened on the May 1 nighters but I didnt ask about the pool.

The 1 night cruise is your typical cruise with everything open. Its just the same as a 7 night cruise.
