Teiva -- Having a hard time contacting

I emailed Teiva Tours about a 10/29 excursion, got the info and have sent two emails asking how to confirm. No reply for 10 days. Does anyone have advice?

I emailed them about a week or two ago and haven't received any reply either. If I don't hear anything by the end of August, I am just going to call.

I called before I went to confirm and there was no problem. They were right on time, for our favorite excursion!

We sail next weekend and I've tried to email twice since last week after they emailed me the cost of the excursion. I was trying not to spend $5 a minute to call, but I think I may be forced to pick up the phone as well!

I think you may have to call. Teiva has moved to Papeete and his wife is now organizing the tours. I don't have her number here but will post it later for you

I got a message from Lisa at Teiva yesterday too. We are confirmed for 10/29. She did say she ONLY takes francs, so I'll need to figure out a way to remember that...Thanks for all the advice from everyone!

Well, we are going with Teiva on 8/20 and he quoted me $60 each U.S. back in November when I booked him - and that's what I'm planning on paying him with. I hope that will be OK.

 

I will post a Teiva review when we return!
