Best Snorkeling in Grand Cayman?

My husband and I will be in Grand Caymans for the day in September (sailing with Celebrity). We are not interested in Stingray City as we have swam with Rays before (although I was wondering if the snorkeling was good at Coral Gardens which is part of a combined excursion).

We took a shore excursion a few years ago and snorkeled at Cheeseburger Reef and we had a lot of fun. I've been reading some things about Eden Rock. Has any one done both - so they could compare them for me? Or any other recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!
