San Juan Beach Day

We are on Grandeur this Friday and will be in San Juan on Monday. We get in at 2 and leave at 11:30. We would like to hang at the beach and I was wondering if there are any beach clubs, etc. where we might have access to showers,etc. I have heard the beaches are very nice right in front of the Ritz. So, any suggestions regarding a beach day/early evening in San Juan?
