Wedding Coordinators for NCL

Good evening everyone. A friend of mine is getting married on the Gem in February. She's having a hard time getting consistent information. She has some questions and when she calls she has twice gotten a blithering idiot who is no help at all. There are several wedding coordinators there but she doesn't know any of their names or she'd ask for another one. Could anyone recommend which one to deal with that has felt was good?
