Red Sail Sports in Grand Cayman

Has anyone used Red Sail Sports to book an excursion while in Grand Cayman? We used them Many, Many years ago in Aruba and loved them but just was wondering if anyone had any recent experience with them in GC. We are trying to book a catamaran sail with snorkeling and beach stop but really do not have an interest in the famous stingrays. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!:)

I used red sail to rent a jet ski at Sea Grape with them last week 8/7/2007. They were very nice. I did see a parasail group come in that was with red sail. Only thing book ahead of time because people staying in resorts on the island had the best times over cruise ship people-A group from Carnival could only get a two pm tour and their ship was leaving at 4pm.

Thanks for the info - especially about booking early! People think I'm crazy for checking into tours this far out but I know the good ones fill up quick.
