GYM & Spa Facilities on the Sun Princess

I will be at sea for 30 days :eek: and I usually do port-intensive itineraries; however, this one has 17 Sea Days. I need to work off those Large Dinners. :rolleyes:

1. Can You please describe the Gym Equipment? How many of each?

2. Is there individual TVs on the Ellipticals? Do they have Ellipticals?

3. Is there a swim-against the current pool, like Grand Class?

4. Is there a steam room as well as a sauna in each (mens & womens)?

5. What are the Open hours?

I was on the sun for a 10 day southern Caribbean cruise and was in the gym everyday. Here are the details (I may be off on a few):

* The gym is small

* 4-5 Ellipticals, No TV's on each but there are TV's in the gym

* 4-5 Stair Climbers

* 4-5 Tread Mills

* 3 Flat/Incline Benches (1 is in the cardio room)

* 1 Decline Ab Bench

* 2 racks of Dumbbells (up to 75), only one set of the higher dumbbells (55-75)

* No cables

* No Free Weights except for the ones in the cardio room which are the plastic ones (highest weight is 10 lbs, can only fit 3 10’s on each side), not even a smith machine

* 1 Chest Machine

* 1 Bicep Machine

* 1 Tricep Machine

* 1 Shoulder Machine

* 1 Leg Press Machine

* 1 Lat Pull Down Machine (non cable)

* 1 Row Machine

* They do have mats and ab balls
