Help with conversion rates

My wife just found a 5,000 XPF bill in her "lug around bag" (don't ask). We had been on the TP in February and I had sorta' forgotten the exchange rates. In my mind, I thought this bill was worth about $5 USD but according to an conversion site I found, they say it's more like $57. Is this right?
