Excursions St Maarten

We rented a vehicle right at the dock and drove ourselves around. We visited the airport (acutally the bar just off the approach for the runway) and also had lunch on the French side. Two entirely different cultures by the way. Enjoy.

Posted this question previously but now that the excursions are open for the Nov 4th sailing, are there any recommendations of what to do in St Maarten? Is it better to book with Princess or privately?

Thanks!:)

You might try the Ports of Call board for St. Maarten. There might be some ideas there for you.

In Oct. 2005, we did the Golden Eagle catamaran excursion. It was a blast. You can get wet or not, but it was a fun sail. It was a morning excursion (about 3 hours total, if I recall), so we had time when we got back to have some lunch and then do some shopping. Kellie
