We'll be doing our 1st back to back in Oct. on the Pearl--will everything be open on the ship during the changeover and if we decide to leave the ship (Miami) is there a special disembarking area for passengers continuing on? Would appreciate any comments from people who have done this----thanx

Typically, not a lot is available during the few hours of changeover. Once the new passengers start arriving again, its just like any embarkation day.

Once you get your new card keys for the second voyage, you can come and go from the terminal up until the time the ship leaves. There is no special area, but you will not have to wait in any lines (except security) if you have your card key already.

We're doing the back to back in Oct on the Pearl also leaving on Oct 19 for 9 days and Oct 28 for 5 more. If you haven't joined our roll calls, please do. We have CC Meet and Greets set for Sat Oct 20, 11am in le Bistro and Sun, Oct 29 11 am in le Bistro. Join us for those--ships ofiicers will be there to chat, Q & A, etc plus some refreshments will be available. On Oct 28 we plan to leave the ship last(it's required,) do the customs thing and then reboard. Hope to pick up a newspaper in the terminal.
