No, you can bring back the quantity that is allowed by US Customs. Your state of residense has nothing to do with it. I believe you are referring to the Texas law that limits a Texas resident sailing out of Texas, from bringing back more than 1 litre per person. That only applies to Texans sailing out of Texas.;)

Yes I guess that is the law. I didn't realize it was only when you are sailing out of Texas. This is exciting. So what is the allowable amount? :D
