Opinions on Royal Caribbean's Grand Tour of Panama excursion

We are trying to decide what to do in Panama. Has anyone done this tour with Royal Caribbean? If so, what did you think? It is $129 and includes a narrated ecological cruise down Gatun Lake, tour of the Embera Indian Village, and tour of Gatun Locks.
