Restaurants Near Intercontl SJ Resort&Cas?

We'll hopefully be arriving at our hotel, Intercontl SJ, located @ 5961 Isle Verda, Carolina, by 8:00 PM. Since we'll be leaving home by 6:30 AM and traveling all day, we'd like to find a decent place to eat close by. If anyone can share eateries within walking distance, for dinner and breakfast, it would be greatly appreciated.

Tons of places on the strip, in your hotel, and surrounding hotels...

What kind of food do you like?

We'd like to try some "down home cookin", i.e someplace authentic and definately casual.

Not that it's cheap, or casual but there is a Ruth's Criss steakhouse on the property that is out of this world.

 

A bit cheaper and more casual nearby (a few blocks walk) is an Outback Steakhouse inside of the Embassy Suites.

Across the street is a place named Metropol. It is Cuban, but the similarities to PR food is pretty close. It has a local feel and is authentic. Not expensive to boot...
