Lollipop's Mom Posted August 21, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2007 Carnival Disney what other ships? (and not the teensy baby slides, but a decent slide a 10-12 yr old could enjoy).
VikkiGarcia Posted August 21, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2007 Royal Caribbean: Radiance, Brillance, Serenade. Medium size slide that would be fun for someone up to about 10 yrs.
crusinmama06 Posted August 25, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 25, 2007 Here are some of the ships we've done... Carnival Ships have the twister slide...(this is the Sensation) The Elation... Royal Carribean FREEDOM class ships have the H20 zone (Freedom of the Seas) which includes a lazy "river" aka...the lazy donut. And they have a sports pool onboard And the Disney Magic slide (this was taken in 2005, so it could have been changed since then)
Quilting_Cruiser Posted August 28, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 28, 2007 Here's a photo of the water slide on the Carnival's Spirit-class ships. I was taking a picture of the back of the ship and not specifically the slide, but you can see the slide. http://s108.photobucket.com/albums/n27/jaynemay/Alaska%202007/?action=view¤t=081907_Skagway_001.jpg Cheers! gracie65 Posted August 28, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2007 My 7-year old was so un-impressed with the slide on The Carnival Legend that he only went down it one time. He loved the one on The Fantasy last year. While The Fantasy slide was smaller I think it was faster. I can't wait till the Fantasy class ships remodel & have the Carnival Waterworks I have read about.

My 7 year old would only be allowed on the Sensation slide pending on who was maning the slide....lol. She is 48" exactly. So one crew member would let her on for an hour. The next would say no...lol.
741323 Posted August 29, 2007 #7 Share Posted August 29, 2007 We were taking a ferry to France last week and the Costa Atlantica was at Dover port. It has a big water slide so perhaps the other Costa ships do too..?
