As a matter of fact i do know.....Go to the lobby elevator to deck 9, walk to the front of the ship on the Portside there is a door that will take you to a nice lookout area right above the bridge.

It's a perfect spot to take pictures of the sunrise or sunset 9depending which way the ship is heading)
