Trying to deal with any cruise line's customer non-relations office is frustrating at best! This is why you have a Travel Agent. Let her handle it for you by contacting the District Sales Manager. We had very bad service and customer service while onboard and received a letter in our door of where we could lodge our complaints. We did make the effort to e-mail Princess customer relations (sorry...don't remember the e-mail address) and were pleased by their timely responsiveness.
