Has Anyone Used "Chile About" tour operator in Santiago?

We are lookin gat using Chile About (chileabout.com) for a personalized tour after disembarking at Valparaiso. We have a quote from Chile About for a private car and tour of Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, a winery and deliver to the airport. Has anyone used this tour operator?
